RAPID CITY --- The South Dakota School of Mines men's basketball program has been very aggressive in the offseason in attempts to boost its roster as the Hardrockers head into the third year of transitioning to NCAA Div. II. With the latest addition, the 'Rockers now have six new players to take into the 2012-13 season.
RAPID CITY --- The eighth annual South Dakota Mines and Community Golf Tournament, which will honor Harry Orville, is set for June 4 at Arrowhead Country Club in Rapid City.
GOLDEN, Colo. --- South Dakota School of Mines pole vaulter Kolten Jelden competed at the Colorado School of Mines Last Chance Meet Sunday in Golden Colo. The junior took second place in the men's pole vault, equaling his personal-best mark of 15-feet-9-inches. That height is also the second-best all time in Hardrocker history.
RAPID CITY --- The South Dakota School of Mines women's basketball team, which has one of its biggest recruiting classes in the program's history, added another talented and outstanding player, giving the Lady Hardrockers their ninth new addition for the 2012-13 season.

II, the Hardrockers continue to add high quality student-athletes along the way - most recently a power forward from Wisconsin. 'Rocker head coach Jason Henry is pleased to announce the addition of Konor Kulas as the newest Hardrocker for the 2012-13 season.
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. --- Just like they have done all season, the South Dakota School of Mines men's and women's track and field teams exceeded expectations and were well represented in competition - this time at the last event of the year --- the USF Sioux Falls Relays this past weekend in Sioux Falls.
