Tommy is a guard with a quick first step that allows him to drive to the hoop. He has spent a year in the Hardrocker system and is really looking to contribute more as a sophomore this season. Tommy is the son of Sam and Lee Smith.

Scott has been a two-year starter for the Hardrockers, running the offense as a freshman and then settling more into a two-guard roll as a sophomore. Scott has good basketball vision and is able to distribute the ball the open man on the floor. Scott is the son of Ed and Jean May.

Nate was a blue chip recruit coming into the Hardrocker program last season. He learned quickly how to adjust to the next level of play and as he continues to mature as a player is sure to make an impact. He is a very skilled point guard and fits well into SD Mines system. Nathan is the son of Scott and Anjel Jacobson and Nancy and Kim Richardson. |

AJ has been with the Hardrockers for three seasons after redshirting his first year. He led the team in scoring last season and will be arguably one of the best shooters in the nation. He averaged 12.3 points a game as a sophomore and looks to top that this season and breach 1,000 points in the process. AJ is the son of Roger and Beth Trennepohl. |

Blake is a talented athlete from the region that should thrive in the SD Mines program. He recorded nearly 24 points and 16 rebounds a game playing for the Hot Springs Bison and was of the top players in the Black Hills Conference. As a freshman he will add depth to the SD Mines lineup. Blake is the son of Sande and DeElda McPherson. |

Tanner brings a lot to the Hardrocker hoops team. He has been at SD Mines for two full seasons but has yet to see the floor. He redshirted his first year and then suffered a major back injury last year. He is one of the team's best shooters and is anxious to contribute in any way he can as a sophomore. Tanner is the son of Ivan and Tracy. |

Kaleb is getting quite a reputation as one of the hardest workers in the conference. He is an asset when ever he steps on the court just through his hustle alone. He contributes on both ends of the floor and look for him to be a real spark as he progresses through his junior season. Kaleb is the son of Lora Rehmer.

Jake finished his high school career as a two-year starter, averaging 11 points a game as a senior and 13 points as a junior. Also as a senior, Miller led his team in field goal percentage (41 percent), free throws made, shots blocked, charges taken and was second on the team in assists. He will be a great asset to the Hardrockers as he grows and develops within the system. Jake is the son of James and Julene Miller.

Trevor is a transfer student from Rochester Community College in Minnesota. Last season he was named a pre-season All-American. Unfortunately he broke his foot at the beginning of the year and played only the last 11 games. As a sophomore Larson averaged 11.3 points and 3.4 rebounds a game, shot 56.7 percent from the field and 40 percent from the three-point line. Trevor is the son of Tim and Tami Larson.

Lance is new to the Hardrocker program and has a lot of promise to do great things. During Lance's senior year, he averaged 17 points a game and shot 53 percent from the field. He was 53 percent from three-point range and made 72 percent of his free throws and also grabbed eight rebounds per game. Lance is the son of Travis and Terri Kilburn.

Kyle makes his prolific return to Rapid City after spending two years in Alaska playing for the NCAA Div. II University of Anchorage Sea wolves. Kyle is a talented inside player that has the strength and skills need at the defensive end, but can also knock down shots at the other end. He should be an immediate boost to the Hardrockers this year. Kyle is the son of Harold and Juli Doerr.

Carl suffered a foot injury this past offseason but appears to have healed for the most part as he starts his senior campaign. After transferring from Montana last year Carl made an instant impact to the Hardrockers and as soon as he is fully recovered this season, will be quite a force in the paint.
