RAPID CITY --- The South Dakota School of Mines women's basketball team may be in the heart of the 2012-13 campaign, but have already been preparing for next year with the addition of two new Hardrocker recruits. Breanna Grube and Anne Marie Soenneker will be the newest Lady Hardrockers starting in the fall of 2013.

Grube is a 6-foot-3-inch post player from Albetville, Minn., where she was three time letter winner in basketball, helped her team to back-to-back conference champinships and make trips to the Minnesota State Championships in 2010 and 2012. She also has received academic awards while playing hoops and been on the A or B honor roll all through her high school career.

While attending SD Mines Grube plans to take up a major in Interdisciplinary Sciences.

Soenneker is a 6-2 forward from St. Cloud, Minn. She is a four-year starter and letter winner for the St. Cloud Tech High School and help lead her team to a 16-11 record last season. She plans to pursue a degree in Chemical Engineering while attending SD Mines.
